Pros

Decent salary, great people (subjective) and all the tools needed to do you job property

Cons

promotions are almost stircltly political. and worm life balance is non exciting. ive been a top performing rep for a while and other colleagues got promoted before me solely based on their relationship with management. everything here is measurable so you can clearly see I've been out preforming them. not to say im in not in good relationship with the management team, im just being constantly overlooked

Pros

Brand name, I dont think it matters now

Cons

Working for this company has been a nightmare. The micromanagement is suffocating, and there's no trust or respect for employees. The senior director is incredibly abusive and creates a hostile work environment. It's impossible to feel motivated or engaged when you're constantly being belittled and berated. Adding to the problem is the lack of employee engagement. The management team seems disinterested in the well-being of employees, and there's no effort to foster teamwork or collaboration. It's a depressing work environment that makes it difficult to stay motivated or even interested in your job. The team lead and managers are also a problem, as they refuse to provide adequate leaves. This is especially frustrating when you're dealing with a heavy workload and demanding deadlines. It's clear that employee well-being is not a priority for this company. The infrastructure is also poor, with outdated technology and inadequate facilities. The office is cramped, with little space to move around, and the furniture is uncomfortable and in poor condition. Adding to this is the terrible food provided, which is often inedible. Overall, I would strongly advise against working for this company. The terrible management, lack of employee engagement, poor infrastructure, and amenities make it a truly terrible place to work. If you're looking for a positive work environment where you're treated with respect and have access to basic amenities, this is not the place for you.
