Pros

The learning scope is very broad in ZI since the total headcount is very few there is more chances for learning other team works and cross trainings. Salary for F&A teams compare to other companies is high which is quite good.

Cons

Competitive for growth is very high you have to be at top in order to impress the US team and get promotion. Work schedule are so tight during month end work goes beyond 12 hours.

Good Place to work

Pros

Hybrid work model with 3 days work-from-office per week, offering good flexibility. Supportive and employee-friendly administration team. Complimentary food and snacks provided at the office. Cab facility available for commute convenience. 1 month paternity leave, which reflects a family-supportive policy.

Cons

Growth progression follows a structured level-based framework (L1, L2, L3) with predefined expectations at each stage, similar to a service-based model. In a product-based environment, there could be more flexibility to recognize individual performance and fast-track growth based on impact and capability.
