Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and for the kind words about our sales process and product-market fit. We're proud of both. Your comments about lack of connection concern me. I never want anyone to feel like just another name in a Slack channel. At ZoomInfo, we work hard to run lean and nimble, and that means everyone here has a meaningful role to play and real ownership over their work. If that sense of connection and purpose isn't coming through, that's important for us to know. I genuinely encourage you to bring this up with your manager, and my door is always open to you as well. These conversations matter, and we want to make sure you feel seen, valued, and connected to the work and the people around you. Thank you again for sharing. – Steven Bryerton, ZoomInfo SVP of New Business Sales

Pros

- Positive work culture with a strong emphasis on employee growth, collaboration, and work-life balance. - ZoomInfo offers several learning platforms and internal opportunities to help employees continuously develop their skills and careers. - The company fosters a people-first environment with supportive leadership that genuinely listens to feedback and encourages new ideas.

Cons

As the company grows rapidly, processes and priorities can sometimes change frequently. However, teams are generally supportive and adaptable during transitions.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! Building a culture where people never stop growing is something we invest in deliberately, and it's rewarding to hear it's showing up in your day-to-day experience. Whether it's our learning platforms, internal mobility opportunities, or the kind of leadership that actually listens, we want development to feel like a dynamic process. Curiosity and growth are core to who we are, and we work hard to recognize and reward the people who embody that. On the pace of change – we hear you. Growth brings real challenges, but what gives us confidence is exactly what you described: teams that stay supportive and adaptable through the transitions. We'll keep working to make sure communication and process clarity keep up with our momentum. Thank you for being part of what makes ZoomInfo a great place to work. – Venky Ramasubramanian, ZoomInfo Vice President & General Manager, India
