Pros

There aren't many companies out there like Zoox. It has the rare combination of the start-up feel and large company infrastructure/stability wrapped in one. Working on the next age of mobility is truly remarkable and the talent level at this company is almost unbelievable. You are sitting next to brilliant, mission driven people who come from different disciplines and backgrounds. You also have the ability to grow as a professional and learn from some industry experts.

Cons

As one would expect, a company growing this quickly has minor issues with scaling.
