Pros

Good environment to meet people who like the outdoors.

Cons

Severe lack of leadership and direction. The company would pivot on what they wanted to do all the time. Every week there was a new thing they wanted to try out. Expected employees to work for less than market value. MANAGEMENT ENCOURAGED US TO WRITE FAKE REVIEWS ON WEBSITES LIKE GLASSDOOR. I would be hesitant to believe most of the reviews on this site as they are definite fabrications.

Great work space: fully stocked kitchen + amenities Location: centrally located between the Financial District and North Beach Culture: super fun, great people Benefits are great Lifestyle Brand

First time Managers First time Directors First time VP First time CEO Many of these reviews were fabricated by management. There was an inside joke "it's a blind captain leading the deaf and the mute." Don't worry, many people who made these jokes left once this joke became a reality. Many of my frustrations came from the sales organization, here are a few reasons why: Terrible execution - never fully explaining anything to the sales organization Micromanagers - sales team had to be in the office at 8am, daily call quotas enforced by management Marketing strategy is unclear Uneven allocation of resources to products I was there for almost 2 years, and they changed the compensation plan 4+ times

Dogs, cool people, talked to cool companies who were passionate about their jobs. Used to be a great business with a lot of opportunities.

Cons

They just fired 75% of the company today.. so there's that. NO EXPLANATION
