Pros
Great staff! Positive people and young hip environment. Very casual and wearing jeans and t-shirt totally fine. Location in heart of Financial District and close to restaurants and other shops.
Cons
Start-ups are known to be a little crazy but this one is disorganized. Management has constant changes without informing staff. Asked to go above and beyond your comfort level. Stress levels are high and there is extreme favoritism via management. You can accomplish a goal set by management but then be told you aren't doing a good enough job and need to work harder. Typical work week is 60 hours.
