Poor company to work for

Pros

Ability to work from home (as of now). Flex-time if manager approves it.

Cons

Medical coverage is terrible. High deductible with HSA account. If you start mid or end of year they barely contribute anything to your HSA account. They provide a good salary BUT medical expenses can easily take a chunk out of it. Make sure you ask about training as they will blind side you. Since covid a lot has changed. Not all positions have professional trainers. You may get stuck with someone who never trained someone at all before. Politics/personal views brought into the workplace. Not understanding about covid/covid protocols
