      Pros

      Flexibility to work from home. Networking events and try to be diverse with inclusion clubs. Always food around. All depends on your department leadership.

      Cons

      No training guides to help navigate clunky system. Management doesn’t know how to do job specifics. Booking is hard to do as well since agents have no clue how to work system.
