      Some really smart engineers here, especially the Brazil team.

      Cons

      The chaotic leadership changes, swings in priorities, and layoffs make it a frustrating work experience.

      CEO and board only tool to increase profit is to let go of employees.

      Great place to work but yearly there are mass lay-offs

      Pros

      Managers are very supportive and open to recommendations. If you are in your early career you might get exposed to a lot of new things and might take some time to absorb but people will give you that time.

      Cons

      It's a pattern, there have been lay-offs every single year since 2021. As soon as the lay-offs are done, the company celebrates either calling their interns from different parts of the country to the headquarters or to celebrate something else, showing no sense of empathy for their employers who were laid-off
