      Leadership continues to swirl making progress feel slow and challenging Redundancy culture makes people work so hard out of fear and stress, and breeds politics and lack of trust

      Pros

      The People that work at Zwift are some of the most dedicated and innovative professionals I have worked with. Truly a top tier team of Eng's and Technical Teams as a whole were a pleasure to partner with.

      Cons

      Career Growth Opportunities are limited. Although you may exceed your goals and take on more responsibilities. There is a possibility your Role and Comp stay the same. The compensation is not competitive for roles that are outside of Engineering. Amazon Culture bleeding in per the large number of Amazonians hired per the direction of the last round of Leadership hires and the old Zwift Culture was being silenced. (May have been fixed per the last round of lay offs.)
