Thank you for sharing your experience of working for Zwift. We're sorry to hear that you did not find it to be a great place to work and acknowledge your constructive feedback. As we shared in one of the monthly All Hands meetings last year, we have taken steps to carefully refine our promotion process to ensure an attainable, fair and consistent growth path for all Watopians. This includes our bi-annual promotion cycle which, for example, has seen more than 60 Watopians be promoted in the last two cycles. We will, however, continuously review this process as the company evolves to ensure it is fit for purpose and genuinely supporting our people to grow. We certainly would not endorse or allow any promotion logic against our company values. Once again, thank you for the feedback and we appreciate your honesty.
