Pros

If you are a hardcore cyclist you will likely do well here. Has been running a live-service company for a long time. Large, passionate user-base.

Cons

In 2 years I encountered 3 mass layoffs and 2 massive leadership changes, I believe the board is upset that they invested at the wrong time and is asking for unrealistic things from the company. Hires industry experts and then proceeds to tell them what should be made and how, despite their approach not been at the needed growth historically. Lots of work is wasted getting up to speed with a certain team structure only to have the people and structure involved completely changed several months later.

Pros

Lots of things to do at Zwift, so there’s tons of opportunity to grow and learn.

Cons

Can be chaotic. Too many cooks in the kitchen, which can make projects last forever.

Pros

Plenty of opportunity to take on big challenges and leave a large footprint on the company while it grows. Great people! Lots of options to live the mission through weekly group rides, runs, yoga, and other fitness activities. Rewarding work - customers are finding Zwift as a great outlet while stuck inside social distancing and are very grateful Zwift is keeping them active and connected to others. Diversity matters and in some areas of the company, major changes have happened in the last 2 years.

Cons

HR leadership has changed frequently, but continuing to evolve processes to catch up to company's growth. Work can creep into after-hours when we have events that run on nights and weekends. Generally, this doesn't impact everyone but does impact some. Not for everyone - the company is in mid-stage growth, still asking a lot from people to solve challenges autonomously, yet also needing to change tactics because the company is no longer a small group in the same room.
