      The future is not looking good

      Pros

      A lot of like-minded people who share the common interest of endurance sports

      Cons

      Work-life balance absolutely disappeared after the last RIF. Zwift as an engineering organization is not very self aware that the compensation is not very attractive or competitive and yet they have very high standards designed to limit your career progression. The product growth has stagnated and now the company is at a critical junction where it needs to demonstrate that they can get back to growing but I am afraid that it will be almost impossible.

      The Next Ride and Wave of Watopians

      Pros

      The People that work at Zwift are some of the most dedicated and innovative professionals I have worked with. Truly a top tier team of Eng's and Technical Teams as a whole were a pleasure to partner with.

      Cons

      Career Growth Opportunities are limited. Although you may exceed your goals and take on more responsibilities. There is a possibility your Role and Comp stay the same. The compensation is not competitive for roles that are outside of Engineering. Amazon Culture bleeding in per the large number of Amazonians hired per the direction of the last round of Leadership hires and the old Zwift Culture was being silenced. (May have been fixed per the last round of lay offs.)

      Pros

      The people and work culture in the beginning, as a start-up, were one of the best reasons to work at the company. Everyone was so kind and helpful. It truly felt like I was working in a team.

      Cons

      Poor business decisions by the CEO led to many people losing their jobs and being laid off.
