      Allows for Remote work. Workplace community was one of the best I've ever worked at. Co-workers were some of the friendliest and helpful people

      Lots of problems to fix, opportunity to give creative solutions. People on the team levels are generally great to work with. Collaboration is high.

      Confusing goals that constantly change every 6 months. Conflicting policies on in office vs remote work.
