* Poor feedback culture - leadership says that they are open to feedback but can't take anything constructive and are defensive. This varies depending on the leader.
* Potential to get demoted. I know of people who got demoted during performance reviews.
* Engineering Job Family - Unclear expectations set upfront on how to get to the next level in the career ladder, and worse, what a good performance rating looks like. Seems like Management is still figuring out themselves what the expectations are for each level. This makes it very hard to get promoted.
* Bonuses were paid out almost 3 months after the performance review. They were backdated, but it also means you need to stick around for that payout date if you want your bonus.
* Communication during the layoffs of 2022 was vague, not timely, and with poor change management. Employees got more details from sources external to the company than company leadership.
* Two layoffs in around two years. This shows poor planning and strategic decision making by executive leadership.
