Pros

Fantastic colleagues and genuinely fantastic company culture in the UK All team members are supportive and friendly Great office and location Very good facilities and services across the board

Cons

The company raised huge funds and bet big on hardware - scaling up with the pandemic boom. The product got to a very late stage and wasn’t far off release, but was then shelved. The company has blamed “macroeconomic factors” but the reality is that they made a bad bet and has thrown away the investment they raised.

Pros

Fantastic team, remote work/general flexibility, interesting work with top people of the fitness industry

Cons

Inability of the leadership to manage a very messy layoff of around 30% of the company with little communication to employees about who was laid off as well as way forward. A total surprise/shock for all employees. Onboarding experience which is mostly general and not job-specific.
