      Pros

      If you like cycling you won't find a better company to work for. Good benefits, including a generous buy a bike program A feeling of creating something new and cool

      Cons

      Rapid growth means everyone is so new it's hard to figure out who's responsible for what. Cut throat infighting just below the super friendly surface. Not a lot of advancement opportunities, they just keep hiring above you

      Pros

      Zwift is a great place for self starters who want to make a big difference in indoor training. If you're simply passionate about putting your skills to use to ultimately make people's lives better, this place offers endless opportunities. We're always working to improve inside and out, whether it's processes or the final product, we aim to remove hurdles and let everyone enjoy their work or the app experience. The mix of being a game and fitness app company exposes a lot of challenges I'd never encountered in previous roles, but it makes it that much more fun to break ground in new territory!

      Cons

      It all depends on how you like to work, we're always eager to get things out to figure out what works or doesn't with our end users, which involves being comfortable being vulnerable, and working quickly to understand how to keep improving based on feedback. Not a con at all if you enjoy a good challenge :)
