Pros

still trying to find some. Product seems limited in scope (only for cyclists)

Cons

The HR dept is bad. The company lacks structure. There is no diversity from mid-management to upper management. Based in CA, but 100% of managers are white.

Zwift has made a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging and we are early in our journey. We are making changes and some of those changes will be quick and some will take time. In Addition, we are focused on providing upward mobility internally and building the infrastructure to support the growing business. As we look to the future, we take feedback like this to heart as we level up the organization.

Pros

Zwift never stops trying - I've not had the opportunity to work for such an inclusive and progressive company. This is the first workplace I've been where I feel I am being invested in and I matter. The benefits are very competitive and schedules are flexible according to your needs. The people are hands down the best part of being here. Everyone is putting their best forward with optimism and humility. Communication is open and transparent and every exec at every level is accessible and open to questions and feedback. Since the company is so young opportunity feels infinite and the company definitely provides you the opportunity to take on as much work as you can carry. You're going to work... a lot... but the people and the opportunity make it worth it.

Cons

Surprise! Nothing and no one is perfect. If you're scouring this site looking for the perfect dream job where you don't have to work too hard and you get paid for just being you... best of luck to you. The company is still growing and is suffering all of the traditional and anticipated pains that are associated with rapid growth. Yes, that does mean there's a lot that isn't set up from an infrastructure perspective. Depending on where you are in your career this can be super exciting or super daunting. Ultimately signing up for a company in this stage of growth means unique challenges and you're the best person to decide if you want or a willing to work with those challenges. I work a lot... sometimes it feels like it just never stops but I attribute most of that to 2020. I'm also a bit of a work-a-holic so working a lot isn't a huge con for me. Just know you're going to work... a lot... but the people and the opportunity make it worth it.
