      Pros

      People do try to care about individual people from my experiences. Workload is high but rewarding for engineers. ( We have lots of codebases to manage) Good benefits, we just got 401k matching! Great WFH benefits and home office setup

      Cons

      Still in growth phase and need help getting things together but this also means individual input is valued
