If you're a cyclist, it's great - great discounts, opportunities to meet visiting Pros, as well as other famous athletes.

Cons

- Zwift laid off 30+ employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. - No room for growth, you will have a boss hired over you. - Too management heavy, not enough "normal people" to execute. - Lack of respect for female voices in meetings. - Development is painfully slow. - Poor communication between departments and top-down. - Lack of diversity, especially in leadership.

- Great benefits - Awesome people - Fully stocked kitchen - Catered lunch every Wednesday - Cycling/Running programs for your very own fancy bike and/or running shoes - Every employee has input on the entire product and is heard - Flexible schedules - Ability to work from home when necessary

Cons

- Serious bottlenecks in management - No clear development schedule - Teams work in silos - Scope creep - Poor communication within teams and throughout company - No clear lines of promotion - No 401k matching (may be coming in the future)
