      Pros

      If you like cycling you won't find a better company to work for. Good benefits, including a generous buy a bike program A feeling of creating something new and cool

      Cons

      Rapid growth means everyone is so new it's hard to figure out who's responsible for what. Cut throat infighting just below the super friendly surface. Not a lot of advancement opportunities, they just keep hiring above you

      Pros

      Zwift offers great incentives for being active. Most (if not all) employees use the product. This really is a company that believes in their product and practices what they preach. There are employees of all ages and fitness levels. There's also an excellent work/life balance and awesome colleagues with positive attitudes.

      Cons

      Zwift is outgrowing office space (which is a good problem).
