      The future is not looking good

      Pros

      A lot of like-minded people who share the common interest of endurance sports

      Cons

      Work-life balance absolutely disappeared after the last RIF. Zwift as an engineering organization is not very self aware that the compensation is not very attractive or competitive and yet they have very high standards designed to limit your career progression. The product growth has stagnated and now the company is at a critical junction where it needs to demonstrate that they can get back to growing but I am afraid that it will be almost impossible.

      Great people, questionable leadership

      Pros

      Overall, Zwift has a great work culture. Your teammates are always willing to help you out and do so with expertise and kindness. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience among those that I work with.

      Cons

      Like others have said, three rounds of layoffs in a short time span says a lot about the questionable leadership. While I feel that your immediate coworkers do care, senior leadership most certainly does not. Eric Min is a banker, not much of a leader.

      Best company to work

      Pros

      Great people, interesting challenges to tackle, transparent leadership dedicated to the evolution of the product as well as the well being of its employees.

      Cons

      Can't complain. Zwift through a series of revamps, but they are moving fast on the right track now.
