      Consistent Thrash in work and Bad Business Practices

      Great coworkers, people are hardworking and good to work with

      Cons

      Employees were consistently pushed to prioritize high-priority work, but there was a lack of transparency and recognition regarding the impact of this work after launch. The most concerning aspect is that many employees who dedicated themselves to these projects for over a year were subsequently laid off, only to see their former roles being rehired at significantly lower salaries.

      Limited recognition and career development opportunities

      - Day to day team are great and so hard working - Zwift brand is good to be associated with - Flexible hours

      Cons

      - Some talented people have been working at Zwift for 3 years with no compensation increase or promotion - Multiple people laid off with other team members inheriting their work and no compensation review or increase - Hard to progress your career unless you work over time as no increase to headcount means you need to do the same tasks for months and years on end - Difficult to get a promotion unless you shout loudly - Multiple talented people starting to leave the company
