      Consistent Thrash in work and Bad Business Practices

      Great coworkers, people are hardworking and good to work with

      Cons

      Employees were consistently pushed to prioritize high-priority work, but there was a lack of transparency and recognition regarding the impact of this work after launch. The most concerning aspect is that many employees who dedicated themselves to these projects for over a year were subsequently laid off, only to see their former roles being rehired at significantly lower salaries.

      Reactive leadership, reactive board

      Great individuals, cool product. Remote work.

      Cons

      C suite is crazy reactive. The board more so. 3 layoffs in two years. Short deadlines, no forethought of the impacts of these things, understaffed, overworked, and doesn’t value IC’s.

      Culture is dead

      Hard to say. Some good people still here.

      Cons

      Culture is destroyed after layoffs. CEO is completely out of touch with his team and company culture. I'm planning on leaving.
