Pros

The office is really nice and in a good location. The products are interesting and you feel like you are working for a good cause that impacts the lives of other positively. Company culture is good --- people are usually genuinely willing to help out.

Cons

No blatant cons to speak of.

Smart people - sales driven by intimidating clients and staff

Cons

I am positive that the company would have more sales if they took a consultative approach to selling to sophisticated buyers. If you are considering this as an employee, do your homework - I wish I would have!

When Scott was the CEO, he cared about all the employees and morale was high. The new CEO only cares about the bottom line.

Cons

They shouldn't have allowed Scott and Dave to leave -- they represented Zynx and everything good about it.
