it started off really well, but this company is on the decline.

Pros

The people there are great to work with, but a lot of them are leaving now.

Cons

The company lost its heart, when Hearst, the parent company, decided to not reinvest into the company, and squeeze the benefits. The new CEO, Greg, is just focused on the financials, and is purely a business minded individual.
