Pros

They pay very well, the management is very helpful, some may be a little too blunt for my liking, however it helps growth. Training is amazing, and the sales floor is even better.

Cons

Weekend shifts tend to burn you out, but the weekends are also great leads!

Pros

If you are are home based, no commute time.

Cons

They threaten to fire you almost daily. They are always finding ways to take money away from their employees, from attendance points, not transferring enough customers to the membership department. They deduct a percentage from their commissions. They are not up front to the members either, their products are a rip off and I am surprised they are still in business
