Pros

Great work environment, Commission grade is good, base salary $10 per hour, spiffs & bonus. Immediate management is positive and helpful.

Cons

You are selling ice to Eskimos, Vacations to Timeshare owners, Very tough sale and very exhausting, average sale is 2 per week and that makes you hit the lowest grade of bonus. If you get cancels you start in the red therefore making bonus extremely difficult to hit. Only a handful of people remain consistent in making bonus. They monitor your EVERY MOVE. When you go to the bathroom, to breaks, to the half hour lunch, to weather you are in the building, your talk time, your computer time, your time between calls everything is meticulously scrutinized. Clock in or out too early or late and you are punished with a point.

Pros

Don't discriminate in hiring--anyone can get a job here. To keep it you must sell or you're gone. Building is nice with a gym and other amenities. It is all sparkle and show with no substance.

Cons

Sales practices seem to border on fradulent. Constantly creating new products without thinking them through. Top management is greedy and is run by family politics. HR is the worse I've ever seen--inappropriate behavior by top managers is the norm. People are hired, promoted and fired based on no business reasons--instead personal opinions and agendas. Everyone is scared of the owners and top management. No 401K or retirement contributors.
