Pros

Company provided leads for outbound department, customer loyalty program, the Scottsdale building has the following amenities: full service cafeteria, gym, concierge desk, computer room, video game room, massage therapy, nail service, and a nurse onsite 3x week.

Cons

There are so many departments that sometimes they crossed into each other, unclear guidelines about who gets bookings if multiple people touch it.

Great Company- some management issues

Pros

As a sales agent they provided great compensation. The human resources department was extremely helpful. There is certainly opportunity to advance for the right candidate. Most of management was exceptional.

Cons

The hours are any time, certainly not a Monday through Friday 9-5 position. As a sales agent there is pressure to sell and you can be fired for lack of sales (however they do provide you multiple opportunities to prove that you can do it). You must be ready to handle callers who have no interest in buying and realize that they do effect your sales goals and closing percentage. Some management can act immature at times regarding gossipping about employees and expressing opinions about employees personal life.

The co-workers are awesome and the hours are flexible. If you can overcome objection and have no problem being hung up on this job is for you.

Cons

You are on the phone making hundreds of scripted calls for six hours per day.
