      Pros

      Decent commission if you sell, sell, sell. Friendly people and overly helpful staff Good stepping stone into travel. Great perks and travel benefits.

      Cons

      Micromanage ugh! High pressure sales, trial and error with the Home Based Employees, metric system is stupid. They need to figure out a way to filter out erroneous calls that are not sales because they effect your sales to call ratio. Need better support for HBE in the early AM and weekends. There are too many people trying to tell you how to do your job and when it doesn't work you will get fired. Just too dam stressful for no dam reason.

      ICE understands that sales people are motivated by $$$.

      I cant think of any major negatives within the company. It has a small family owned feeling becuase it is family owned.

      Pros

      Working with the clientele was great (most of the time), and so was learning about the different cruise options

      Cons

      They treat their employees like chattel. This company holds quarterly "rallies" to tell all the employees how great the company is doing, then they'll turn around and cut a percentage off everyone's commission here, or nick a bit off of the hourly wage for everyone there ... it seems to me that if the company is doing so well, the employees should be getting MORE, not less!
