Business Outlook

Pros

1) Coworkers: I get to work with my friend’s everyday 2) Sales: I sell people vacations! Who doesn’t want to vacation? It’s easy! 3) Growth Opportunity: I have been asked to move up several times however the supervisor compensation plan is not as lucrative as a top producer. Not a bad problem to have ? 4) I work 32.5 hours a week and have weekends off and am out the door by 3:30 every day. It doesn’t get much better than that! 5) Recognized: for my hard work and compensated well for the extra effort I put in.

Cons

1) Parking: Sometimes parking is hard when coming back from a break or if I change my shift to work later that day. 2) Tuition Reimbursement: They don’t do it. 3) Cant order food on site because of the in house café.
