working with a global team (except the US, didn't get a chance to work with)

Cons

India office is the worst when it comes to management (the site director is alone holding the helm of this ship), HR is useless, Admin is immature and petty, accounts issues incorrect salary, then makes a deduction in the next pay run. Being a suck up gets you a promotion, where work merit is disregarded.
