Pros

No real pros outside of the fact you can get resort/cruise certificates from time to time

Cons

Management is clueless. No transparency, lack of any guidance and constantly changing the comp structure. I lasted 4 months before I left the company and 98% of my training class didn't last that long. Hours were not ideal 12:30-9 EST and management really doesn't focus on their people enough to succeed.

Pros

Work from home so there’s that.

Cons

The management team is a joke . They give the same bs motivational speeches every morning and they try to spin commission changes and product changes as if it’s good for us when it reality the company is just trying to keep more profit for them and pay us less commission . We literally went from 15% commission to 10% with a CHANCE to get 12 not to mention they used to give us REAL spiffs I’ve like $500 now they give $25 lol like what a joke . There’s literally not 1 sales rep making 6 figures .
