Very little team support, let employees go without notice (and without strong reason), a sincere talk to upper management about your work progress can and will get you fired. People seem friendly and supportive at first, but you can't really trust anyone.

As stated in other reviews, the actual work is somewhat interesting.

Cons

The management. I've never seen anything like this. Extremely high turn over rate (specifically in the clinical research department, the others are fine), which creates a very tense and stressful work environment.
