Pros

-The work was interesting. -SOME of the people were friendly and helpful. -Vacation Days. -Benefits -Not a terrible commute -Nice office

Cons

-Management makes big decisions based on emotion. -People are terminated without warning. -Management is not qualified to actually "manage" people. -The structure is lacking. Job titles get thrown around. -No human resources. The person in the hr roll has no hr experience.
