Pros

The colleagues are great and are very talented. Some, if not most, leave after getting a year of experience so I wish them the best.

Cons

The management is a weird group of high school kids that never grew up or matured into proper human beings, and have inflated egos without any regard for others. Any form of feedback or criticism is met with retaliation. Steer clear if you want a company that actually cares for you and wants you to succeed.
