      Risk averse company that has stopped innovating.

      Pros

      Purpose driven culture, genuinely cares for its users with the values it was found on.

      Cons

      As a product manager, there is absolutely no room for any innovation anymore. eBay product teams mostly function as managers of various projects. Leadership is focused on ultra-safe initiatives to make sure quarterly numbers look good.

      Cons

      Poor management at a company that can’t decide who it is or where it is going. I started here happy, healthy and excited to be part of a great company. I’ve developed chronic illness, panic attacks at work and feel unwanted. If you are into respect and feeling appreciated this isn’t the place for you.
