Pros
Good Group of mid level people that have been the back bone of the company for many years.
Cons
Questionable leadership at the COO level, every hire, merit raise and promotion goes across the COO’s desk. Compensation is on the low end 15-20% less than other companies. The dollar is valued more than the employee, costs are kept down by lower than average wages which artificially increase profit margins. They are constantly recruiting and hiring but they will always pass on the seasoned professionals with experience over the lower scale candidates. Annual raises are 1-2 % so don’t think you can take the job, prove yourself and then go for a big increase. It won’t happen, in my time with ePlus I saw dozens of great people at all levels leave because the employee is not valued as asset, just a tool to grow revenue.
