Working from home still after COVID.

Cons

Another acquisition means buying accounts rather than growing the business. Benefits are grossly lacking compared to industry standards. 401(k) match is once a year and C suite can adjust as necessary, no maternity benefits, no raises all the while the sales team enjoyed Presidents Club. There is little to no room for growth and middle management does not allow you to provide input or enable you to grow.

I thoroughly enjoy working with my colleagues at ePlus - they're a great group! I enjoy the support and flexibility. The company is stable, the upper management acts with integrity and kindness as well.

Cons

No paid parental leave - they have benefits to cover 6-8 weeks at 60% but if I leave ePlus, it will be for a company that has this benefit even if I take a pay cut. For a company that promotes getting more women into tech, this is a HUGE drawback - companies of equivalent size are doing it, and giving more paid time off as well.
