The ability to work from home.

Low pay WAY below industry standard Company has not given raises in 3 years (even if you had a promotion) Outdated technology Horrible benefits package Very limited PTO No structure Horrible upper management No growth opportunities No training Hugh turnover outside of management Employees are treated like trash (ex:keep acquiring other companies but don’t take care of their current employees) Do not work for this company, it is a horrible place to work. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a company.
