I worked for ePlus for 6 months. During my time, I witnessed people helping people solve problems, close business, and continue winning strategies. The offices (I worked remotely in SoCal) are clean, modern, well kept. The company supports its employees extremely well and takes the time to train, mentor and develop great people. Culture here is second to none and it shows in the zealousness that their Tech partners and customers rave about them. Executive management is second to none and are literally a phone call away for any employee to speak their mind. This is a class organization top to bottom and had I not had a dream job land in my lap, I would happily be there today.

Cons

Be prepared to work and be engaging. Those folks who do not start their day with a positive attitude will quickly find their way to the sidelines here. They truly hire the best people so be prepared to be challenged and not be the smartest person in the room. Not really any issues with my time while I was there.
