Pros

Not many to be honest. I enjoy the people that I work with if you take the work out of the equation.

Cons

Where to even begin? Low pay, red tape everywhere, cannot get ahead without a friend in a high place, and management prefers to sweep problems under the rug and hope they fix themselves instead of fixing issue. Don't worry about doing a good job, nothing is based on merit and there is no accountability.

They offer a decent salary. They give you a fair opportunity to grow your book of business. They have partnerships with the usual OEMs in the industry.

Cons

They have not been able to grow organically. Most of their growth has been through acquisition. There is no strategic focus.
