If you catered to the Senior VP in Richmond you would receive extra pay and additional candidates without doing any work.

Cons

Tons of unfairness. Growth only if you were good friends with VP. Your salary is based on how well the previous VP liked you vs your years of exp. For example I was making 45k and someone with my same years of exp because they were good friends made 95k

zero, there are none, unfortunately.

Cons

was paid $60k/yr for a Dev position in the Bay Area, and then my salary was raised to $66k/yr after 4 years working there and then was chucked out the next year one fine day, and given not even 2 months salary as severance. Oh, they awarded me "certification of the month" winner for doing 13 OEM certifications, and then chucked me out the next month. I will literally never recommend this to anyone.
