Still a viable organization, with issues.

Cons

Not a loyalty company, regardless of claims, engine is subscription services, little member usage, high member churn rate. Have chased loyalty for over 5 years with little to show for it. Investors wag the company tail. Management changes priorities quarterly, often time less.

This is the worst company to work for. It is the worst management I have ever experienced. Please whatever you do DO NOT WORK FOR THE CLIENT TEAM. It is the worst management. No direction. They act like they value culture and the team but NO I promise you they don’t. They want you to work like your life depends on it, only to pay you NOTHING. they lie and they gaslight. I’m speaking about the client team.
