Remote work, nothing else is really good about this company

Cons

Toxic work environment, management basically gaslights you into thinking you’re doing a bad job so they can fire you. No clear direction with the management. Management lies straight to your face and gaslights. DO NOT WORK HERE. Unintelligent toxic management that have 0 qualifications. Horrible pay too for the amount of work they expect.

Great job perks , unlimited pto management is really involved your first 90 days. They give you a lot of tools to be successful in your position.

Cons

The interview process was terrible. They took 5 weeks and 4 rounds to tell me I didn’t get the job . I had to ask via email twice before they answered me and provided no feedback as to why . I wouldn’t even waste your time applying here as they don’t even care about their candidates .

Some autonomy, okay work life balance, unlimited PTO.

Cons

The leadership of this organization is TERRIBLE. Consistent layoffs for over 3 years, yet people in leadership positions continue to get promotions and raises. No accountability is ever taken for driving this company into the ground. Unclear business direction and it becomes clear that leadership doesn't understand the current loyalty landscape. ebbo likes to think they are a leader in the industry, but they are hardly hanging on

As you may have heard, we conducted a small reduction in force focusing on the consolidation of levels and roles to create better efficiencies and allow better access, collaboration and communication amongst all levels. Our business continues to be strong and although reductions in force are never easy decisions, they are sometimes a necessary part of business and we are now positioned to continue our successful path forward.
