      strong benefits all around (PTO, health, flexible environment)

      not the small, family culture it used to be some departments leads are out of touch with what their teams even do and their impact on the business very cold and impersonal massive round of layoff only to promote over 30 current employees less than two weeks later. A bit tacky, no? Could you have waited until the dust settled for those impacted? toxic managers that have very little manager of people training the way promotions/raises are structured vary for each team, some teams are more likely to promote often senior leaders and HR play favorites, including career trajectories very cliquey energy with more tenured employees so if you get in with them you're good otherwise you're not

      Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Our team undergoes an annual performance appraisal cycle that includes a mid year review in April, and an annual review of 12 months of performance due October 1st. As part of the overall budget process, we must make decisions around merit increases and promotions in that timeframe. Although we had to make difficult decisions with the reduction in force, we wanted to continue to invest in our active employees and follow our standard process and timeline for promotions.       Incompetent CEO. Doesn't even know how to view forecasts/ Financials. Over hired then did mass lay off of 150 people. Some people laid off their first week starting there.

We encourage our employees to participate in quarterly town hall meetings where company financials and results are discussed in detail. We hope that you felt that level of transparency was helpful in understanding the difficult decisions we had to make in order to secure the positive growth path we are now on.

      Cons

      Laid off 1/3 of the work force after a hiring FRENZY over the course of the last 6 months. The amateur, incompetent, clown management hired no less than 50 FTEs in the last 6 months. Some people didn't even have an opportunity for a review. Their only "crime" was accepting what was deceptively portrayed as a full-time position with this fraudulent company!!

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We completely understand that you may be feeling negatively towards the company as a result of the layoff. Our recent hiring was in response to several things, including employee feedback that more help was needed to achieve better work/life balance, and most importantly, as a result of our growth plan. As we evolved our business focus, we had to make tough decisions in all areas, including staffing. We feel we now have a great growth plan for the future and regret that the plan had to include the loss of staff.
