Pros

Salary is decent. Some free snacks and coffee are provided. Company outings are fun.

Cons

Lofty talks with less substance! The company has a list of failed products over last couple of years. Heavy levels of micromanagement, lack of innovation,lack of learning and some attitudes have created negative and stressful environment. The morale in general is low (people don't show it in group settings). In this day and age (being an IT/Marketing company), there is no real work from home policy. It could have been a better place.

Pros

I was skeptical of all the employees when they talked about how great the company was. I'd heard that before, and then once you sign on they reveal the truth of a place. Now that I work here I realized that everything they said was true. Great leadership. Good pay. Amazing culture. Cool and challenging work. I can safely say I love my job!

Cons

Time off isn't as competitive as some of the bigger companies but it's fair enough considering the other benefits and the size of the company.
