We also appreciate feedback from our staff as it enables us to continually evolve (pun intended) and improve the overall employee experience. Specific to your commentary, yes we need to continually invest in our human resource and people department and this is already underway! As of November 1st, we now have 4 dedicated human resource team members led by new VP of People and Culture, Vanessa Hinkle. We are excited to add Vanessa to the team as she brings a passion for people and culture building along with years of industry experience. On a personal level, I take the employee experience very seriously and it is a personal goal of mine to build a company that places the employee at the center.
