Thanks for this submission. Outside of management embracing professional goals, which are table stakes and something we should always do, I've been amazed to watch each GH team member cheer others on when they get promoted or recognized. Hard work could easily be a con if we all were working this hard and didn't see our solution helping people as it should. THANKFULLY, that hasn't been the case. Seeing the positive impact we're making, fuels me...even on the most frustrating of days:)

SUPER appreciate this review. Thanks a lot! I wholeheartedly agree on the lack of diversity in leadership roles, especially only looking at our executives. Two of the executives co-founded the company together(John and I) and then we brought on a CTO that we've worked with previously. So, out of the gates we were behind a bit on diversity. As we add additional leaders, diversity is something that's important to us. I'm sure if you've worked with Amy and Kat at all, you know that Gifthealth 100% needs more knowledgeable, hard-working leaders like the two of them. Due to a recent law change, we do have the ability to start allowing work-from-home opportunities for PCRs. We had advocated with the state to make this recent change and we're excited that they considered our feedback, among other companies I'm sure. And I agree that us setting up a hybrid model, as we grow, is important to both get the best folks to join GH and to provide needed flexibility for everyone.

Please keep your eyes out for areas we can improve. As we grow faster, we'll inevitably identify those opportunities. Working together to get them patched up is something that's always exciting. -Nick
