No complaints so far, lots of opportunity and room for growth

Pros

- The leadership team really cares about their employees - The company is growing quickly and is seeing a lot of early success - Everyone is always happy to jump in and help - It's cool to see the positive impact we are having on peoples' access to their medication - Transparent, in-depth updates from the CEO about the state of the business

Cons

- No deal breakers so far, mostly standard early startup issues (lots of work to do, never enough time!) - The recent transition to a new healthcare plan was confusing but the intentions behind the transition were good and things have gotten a lot better

Appreciate you taking the time to submit this review. I totally agree with the "lots of work to do, never enough time," comment. Us growing the team helps with that, but it's never an overnight fix. -Nick

Pros

Your coworkers will become like family because you have to band together to survive the culture!

Cons

There is a disconnect between what is happening on the dispensing floor (pharmacy), and leadership perception. Leadership on the floor is flawed and immature, and the managers overseeing floor leadership are just as immature & lack the experience to drive this pharmacy to its potential. They hire management from the outside vs. promoting from within because management has no idea the capabilities of their employees. Leadership seems to be a clique, and is known to bad mouth employees. It will eventually be the peril of this company.

Pros

I love the work that I do. The patients I speak with, while not always the nicest, are usually older and just need someone to slowly walk them through what it is we do here, and assist them with ordering their medications. The pay is good, but with rising cost could absolutely be better. Location is fine, but there needs to be more opportunities to work from home.

Cons

Work environment is very hostile. The women leads are horrible. They are rude, cliquey, and if you're not careful, they'll do anything to try to get you fired. Retaliation is common practice here. I've been here for almost 7 months and there are 2 leads who are quite nasty towards me and a couple other PCRs so often that it's begun making me physically sick to walk into our cramped building. There are people who are more than deserving of being able to work from home at this point but still have to come into the office. The leads play favorites and they absolutely will stifle your growth if they don't like you. Rather silly but that's what you get with an immature "leadership" team. Nothing but bullies in upper management.
